Deviation O-005 is a canine skull characterized by red and black flames within the eye sockets. The skull is 22cm in length and is yellowish-white in color. Spectroscopic analysis has revealed that the bone matter has high levels of silicates, phosphate, and calcium phosphate. Deviation O-005 is capable of movement and appears aware of its surroundings, suggestive of telekinetic capabilities. The Deviation has a volatile and aggressive temperament reminiscent of a fierce canine species that has been raised to fight. The Deviation frequently showed hostility towards both site personnel and any all other animals it came into contact with. Given the Deviation's lack of physical strength, however, this behavior does not result in actual physical harm. Deviation O-005 periodically secretes a viscous black fluid from its eye sockets, hereafter referred to as O-005-A. O-005-A is a complex organic mixture of mostly carbon and nitrogen. Researchers have been unable to detect any patterns or triggers that cause the Deviation to secrete O-005-A; it appears to be entirely random. O-005-A has been found to corrode or dissolve most organic matter. Deviation O-005's primary trait is its effect on the human mind: any human individual that looks directly into Deviation O-005's eye sockets will undergo irreversible and intense cognitive alterations over the next 24 hours. Details are as follows: Phase One: Subject experiences symptoms including anxiety, apathy, and emotional instability. Phase Two: Subject forgets who they are, and develops feelings of intense confusion and isolation. accompanied by fear and/or anger. Phase Three: Subject loses the ability to speak and understand spoken or written language. All vocalizations are replaced by canine-like howls. Subject also loses all sense of self-preservation, leading to irrational and violent behavior, including but not limited to , and impulses. The subject become extremely aggressive and will attempt to tools and weapons to commit violent acts. The fully transformed subject (documented as O-005-B) displays increased strength, improved reaction times, and a decreased sensitivity to pain. Transformed subjects also develop the ability to temporarily evade perception by other living beings, allowing for surprise attacks on unsuspecting victims. Attempts to detect a transformed subject while they are imperceptible using thermal imaging detection have failed. Subjects will collapse and die around 148 hours after transformation. Autopsies reveal the cause of death to be cardiac arrest. Transformed subjects' blood was found to have been converted into O-005-A, and the subjects' skeletons have a distinctivde whiteish hue, as if burned at a very high temperature. Securement Procedures: DO: Wear specialized protective gloves and goggles when interacting with Deviation O-005 to prevent both physical contact and direct eye contact. Al staff working in proximity with the Deviation should undergo mental cleansing procedures every 48 hours, and complete a full apsychological assessment every two weeks. DO NOT: Work directly with Deviation O-005 for more than 5 days consecutively.
