Deviation O-021 is a large figurine crafted from boxwood, known as a nutcracker. It is approximately 2.8m tall and weighs around 1300kg. These weapons are oversized versions of genuine weapon types scaled up for the Deviation's height, and are more powerful than their conventional counterparts. Deviation O-021 has excellent mental fortitude and above-average proficiency in using firearms, and a good working knowledge of 19th century military strategy. Deviation O-021 claims to have forgotten its own name or age, but insists that it is a soldier serving in the at the rank of Sergeant. The subject believes that the war between and has reached a critical juncture, and believes itself to be following orders to guard a vital strategic outpost in south . Whenever the Deviation wakes up, it will take up its post outside the first building it comes across. The Deviation is currently standing guard in room no. in , where it is being secured. Deviation O-021 insists on being addressed as "Sergeant" and addresses researchers as "Commander," regardless of gender or age. The Deviation complies with most instructions from researchers, but will refuse to abandon its post under any circumstances.
