Fashioned from magenta 260 balloons and filled with a gas mixture that matches the atmosphere's density, O-029 bears no discernible external markings or symbols. Furthermore, analysis has shown that its material composition is identical to that of a normal latex balloon. O-029 exhibits sentience and autonomous movement, with behavior akin to that of a six-month-old puppy. It does not require nutrition or hydration, relying on microscopic pores on its latex membrane to exchange gases with its environment. Though generally affable and inquisitive, O-029 requires companionship and displays a low psychological tolerance for neglect, shock, fear, or loud noises. If exposed to such stressors, it may intake an excessive amount of air and consequently pop. Fragments of a popped O-029 specimen demonstrate no unusual properties. The principal Deviation Trait inherent to O-029 is its anti-gravity effect. It is capable of generating a spherical field with a 1-meter radius that effectively nullifies the effects of gravity on any object within its range, including itself. The field also neutralizes the inertia of affected objects, allowing their velocities to be easily changed. O-029 possesses the capacity to establish an intangible connection (hereinafter "tethering") with a specific organism or object (designated O-029-A, the "companion"). Tethering manifests as an incorporeal luminescent ribbon linking the O-029 to its companion. O-029 exhibits a tendency to follow O-029-A like a balloon on a string or float freely within a limited range near its companion.
