  • Comprehensive testing and field deployment observations indicate that this deviation exhibits a consistently non-hostile disposition. Throughout all monitored interactions, it demonstrated cooperative behavior, responsiveness to authorized personnel, and no signs of aggression, territoriality, or hostile intent. Current findings classify the deviation as friendly and suitable for controlled operational deployment, with no immediate threat posed to personnel or facility assets.

OPTIMAL
CONDITIONS

  1. Utilize Blue Light

  2. Chill the area using refrigerators

SECURENENT
METHOD

Retention within a designated securement unit is required to safely access and utilize the subject’s byproduct and any associated physical enhancement effects.

Crafting

  • Produces byproduct (Snowdust)

  • Used as a crafting material for a throw-able item called Snowball.

  • Applies slowdown to targets hit with it. When hitting the target consecutively for 3 times, the target will be frozen for 3 seconds.

IDENTIFIERS

Deviation Data

Deviation O-030 is a snow globe with a diameter of 12 centimeters and a weight of 300 grams. Its globe is made of glass, and it has an oak wood base. O-030's surface temperature is between -37°C to -40°C. The physical durability and qualities of its components are identical to normal glass and oak. However, after being damaged, it will repair itself slowly by unknown means within to hours. O-030 contains extremely detailed miniature models that make up a scene (designated O-030-A). O-030-A is not fixed and may change if O-030 is moved, tilted, or shaken. While this change is in progress, the contents of the globe will be obscured by "snow." O-030-A always features specific man-made structures (such as sculptures, building towers, or castles), embellished with scenic details and set amidst unceasing snowfall. All landscapes depicted by O-030-A can be found at specific locations in the real world (designated O-030-B). O-030-B seems to be selected at random, and may even be a location where snowfall is uncommon or impossible, such as near the equator. When O-030 is properly secured, O-030-B will not experience any abnormal changes in weather. O-030's primary Deviation Trait is its ability to cause meteorological disturbances. If it loses its integrity for any reason, such as being damaged by an external force, Incident O-030-Alpha will occur, in which O-030-B will experience a heavy snowstorm accompanied by a drastic drop in temperature to °C or lower. The size of the affected area is approximately square kilometers, and [Data Deleted] may also occur. So far, all recorded O-030-Alpha incidents have ended when O-030 completed its self-repair. Currently, O-030-A depicts a large Monolith set within a forest. This scene does not match that of any currently known Monolith. Securement Procedures: DO: Secure O-030 in a Grade II or higher S-Vessel for valuable objects. O-030 should be suspended in the center of the S-Vessel with a gyroscopic stabilizer. DO NOT: Attempt to move or shake O-030 or its S-Vessel. Request to perform any experiments that may cause damage to O-030.
