Deviation O-024 is an oversized 3×3×3 Rubik's Cube, measuring about 40cm on each side and made of an unknown metal with a silver exterior. The colors displayed on the Deviation's exterior change with no apparent pattern. Deviation O-024's main trait is its ability to manipulate physical space. When twisted by a human being or other intelligent being, the Deviation will alter the location and distance of surrounding objects, including causing objects to vanish, or to suddenly disappear in one location and reappear in another. This spatial manipulation appears to be largely unpredictable, even when controlling for all other variables. When left to its own devices, Deviation O-024 will levitate and spin in midair. Observations: ·Rotation: When twisted, a cubic space of 3×3×3m with the Deviation itself as the center rotates in the same direction almost instantly. The person operating the Deviation rotates too, and any material structures caught within this 3×3×3m space may be damaged during the rotation. ·Portal: When twisting the Deviation, the person is teleported to any spot within a 30×30×30km cubic range. The person operating the Deviation can control the destination by focusing on a certain spot, or simply focusing their will. This process does not seem to cause any kind of damage or injury. ·Reverse Portal: When twisting the Deviation, the last person to interact with the Deviation is summoned to somewhere between 3m of the Deviation's current location. ·"Alicia": The Deviation can be successfully disassembled, but the number of smaller cubes that are produced (O-024-1) exceeds the expected 27. Occasionally, the Deviation will shed an additional small cube during rotation. Once reassembled, all additional leftover cubes will temporarily lose their color. Using extra small cubes to assemble a second entirely new version of Deviation O-024 results in . Securement Procedures: Do: Deviation O-024 should be secured in a Level III high-value item securement chamber. The chamber should be at least 4.25 meters in length, with Deviation O-024's S-Vessel in the very center. Do Not: Bring another Deviation of Level III or higher into the same space.
